Alyssa and I are planning a class gathering over the March holidays. Come. Come. Come.

We're planning booooooowwwwwlllingggg! (I know we're soooooo booooooring)

Uh, it's on Monday. From 3pm-7pm, levies are allowed. Actually, just come from 3pm onwards and stay until you get sick of each other.

It'll be at Tampines SAFRA. I need everyone to tell me by Saturday latest. I'm booking the lanes. :)

I think I will book 4 lanes default. Dunno, see how many people are coming. I know I can, Gerome, and Kimberly. Now must ask some more people. >_<

Anyway, I'm having training from 4pm onwards so I can only stay for an hour. And there's no way in hell that I can pon that training because.....

Ppl have just come up with a superstitious belief as to why natural disasters in China have occured, and the way they say it, I'm starting to believe it too.

For the Beijing Olympics, the 5 mascots are Bei Bei, Jing Jing, Huan Huan, Ying Ying and Nin Nin (Bei Jing Huan Ying Nin (Beijing Welcomes You)). They have figured out that these 5 mascots, read in reverse order, depict natural disasters that have occured in China in the past all the way to today's earthquake.

Starting from the last mascot and working its way up:

Nin - kite (a kite was the cause of a train disaster in Shoudong)

Ying - antelope (an antelope stapede happened in Tibet before)

Huan - torch (a mass fire breakout happened in China in the past)

Jing - Panda (Pandas are related to weight, therefore explaining this year's earthquake)

*Bei - fish (linked to Yangzi River)

Bei is the only one that hasn't happened yet, because now the Jing disaster is underway. Who knows, one day the Yangzi River will flood China.

These days in school are SIMPLY boring. As much I wanted LABOR DAY to be LABOR-FREE, damn, there's labor. Science and Math and who-knows-what all to be done and handed in by Friday. What sort of a Labor Day is this??

Anyway, if I do remember correctly, funfair is the main highlight of this crap month, eh? Yeah, the one that we probably ALL can't attend. Or even if we could, we'd be there by hmmm, approx....3.30pm? Yeah, that's early. Unless anyone would like to play truant and go for a funfair in SHPS? That's, in my opinion, st0opid? Yeah, not worth the time unless Paris Hilton or Britney Spears will be attending.

Speaking of Paris Hilton, by the way, I've heard that Paris is getting married! Isn't that lovely? No.

Hey guys! (and gals)

This blog's almost dead... I feel guilty not writing for such a looong time. I am doing quite well (as in friends) and terribly (for exams).You people make me feel envious when you guys (and gurls) talk about how high you score. Espacially in the top class of SHSS.

But ya my friends are relying on me a whole lot. Our Language Arts teacher amuses us all the time. However I'm starting to get sick of the faces, want to see you guys (and gurls) again...

Anyway, their some weirdos in class. I just can't stand them. Their are also bossy people from RGPS. But there are from other schools too. And some are just pure bimbo. Sometimes I get the feeling I'm the only neutral one. Yea I do have great friends but I don't want to lose the old.

There's a person in my class called Joni. I can't stand her at all. The ENTIRE class finds her annoying. Plus, her head is too small from her body. Did I say she was born in Ireland? And she told my form teacher I hated her (which is sooo true). But what about the rest of the class? Why only say me? What wrong with her?

Okay, so Kim is the only one posting nowadays. So I'm here to break the ice! Starting with the fact that my Higher MT sucks and I wanna go back to Express MT now! Like wth....I know...
So whatever.

And it turns out that I quite enjoy JuMps! Its a team sport even though I thought that it was individual sport. Its great to be part of a team again. My seniors rock!! Like Syu and Nat and Tiffany and okok, why do I bother? Its not like any of you [other than Kim] know who they are... I'll sneak a pic of them next time. Talking about seniors, did you know that after Kim and I separated at the Bus Interchange today, I went back to school? Because...I saw that there was netball going on!!!

And, yes, I couldn't resist.

The security guard was the Malay dude with the mustache and all. Yeahh? So he remembered me and let me in without having me take the stupid dotty sticker that I probably would've lost anw. So that was good. Then Mr Nizam got the surprise when I came and we talked..no....chatted.....and laughed and crapped. And then I played Netball with the juniors! It felt strange being the senior-est among the rest. It was like everyone would watch you when you walk or talk or laugh or joke or shoot or play, in general, er...when you do ANYTHING.

Yeahh, creepy. LoL.

And before I go, just FYI. I got 2nd place for Sports Day Triple Jump. Yay? My Distance was...er...7.86m.

Laughter is the best medicine!

So read this:

Sarah, Gerome, Claris, Abigail, Liam, Wei Jie and I were watching 'The Spiderwick Chronicles' yesterday at TM. We had like 3 hours to waste before the movie started, so everyone minus Liam (he ended up watching the earlier show with his dad) went to Yoshinoya.

Wei Jie was fooling around and making lame jokes (as usual) and I think one was directed at Abigail, so she was like "I don't know you Wei Jie!" So the rest of us started laughing 'cos she said the name of the person she didn't know. Get it? Haha.

Oh, and when I was at the counter I asked this question, "How much is a plate of waffle fries?" The woman was like, "Waffle fries?" Then I was like, "Yeah waffle fries." So I almost screamed at her to stop when she shouted, "One order of waffle fries!" I didn't ask her to place the order, I just asked her how much it was!

Later we went to Haagen-Dazs restaurant and we were seated at this huge table since there were so many of us. So we started ordering ice-cream, but before they brought the ice-cream to us we decided to cancel our order. We were quite sure it would be too late to cancel the order, so we ran out of the restaurant. Sarah was like "I need to go to the toilet!" and I grabbed her bag and two of us flew out of the restaurant.

In the movie theatre Sarah was on my left and Wei Jie was on my right. Wei Jie wanted me to look at someone in the seat behind him, so instead of saying "Look behind you to the right" he said "Look to your right". So I turned my head to the right, looked at him and said, "Yeah, hilarious."

We were all eating our minitoons sweets, and I pulled out this coke-flavoured sour thingie and gave it to Wei Jie. Before I could tell him it was a sour sweet, he stuffed the whole thing in his mouth. Gosh, if only cameras were allowed in the cinema. His expression was the best!

There's a scene in the movie where Jared Grace says to Arthur Spiderwick, "You're 125 years old! Your life is over!" The whole audience started laughing at that part, and Sarah and I were thinking, we should say this to Wu Lao Shi when she starts telling one of her stupid life stories, "Oi! You're 5000 years old! Your life is over! Why won't you just die already!"

Oh, and when the ogre showed his true shape or whatever for the first time I was talking to Wei Jie. So when the ogre suddenly appeared I screamed into Wei Jie's ear. Heehee, it was super funny! BTW, I asked Wei Jie if he would ever date a girl who looked like the ogre (it's super ugly, believe me) he said, "Why not? Big boobs what." LOL!

FYI, the characters swore twice in this "fairytale", "safe-for-children" production. Jared Grace says "What the hell" in his confusion, and just before the goblins got blown up one of them said, "Oh, sh-" and then they exploded.

Well we were at SAM's house (Sarah Anne Moh, someone from my class) to practise our gymnastics routine. Yup we had to CREATE one. But that's not the point. There's this weird person called Joni who sits on my right( I'm friends with her... but not that close). During practice, she SMS-ed me... wanting to start a conversation. So, the great Nicole Wong took my phone and replied this is how the conversation went... ( btw i LET Nicole do it)

Hi everyone!

I know this may sound so cliche or overrated or something, but take my advice and never be sad.

I used to fake being emo in the past, but even I was I know I'll never be again in my life. Life is too short to lose even a second of happiness, and when one day (no ifs, it's gonna happen) someone close dies don't cry at his/her funeral, smile because you know you made him/her happy on his/her last days on Earth.

Patrick Swayze (Dirty Dancing) has been diagnosed with cancer and now has an expected lifespan of 3-6months. I don't think anyone wants to know when they're gonna die, but just think... what would you do if tomorrow things changed for the worst? No-one needs to die in that situation, but things that you live on could be lost due to horrible changes.

Alot of people see me as negative or pessimistic, and I agree and disagree to those opinions. I like to see things on the bad side of life so I can be prepared for when it happens, but I speak from experience when I say it's always worse when it actually does happen. If something bad hasn't happened yet, don't think about it. When troubles come your way, deal with it. Don't think ahead.

Some people may think it "uncool" to discuss grandparents or something, but I think it's fine to share your feelings when you most need help. I just left to place cold towels on my grandmother's head - she's having a fever. I have to change towels every half an hour so that her fever will go down, but I don't treat as a burden. Even though I see her shivering under me 'cos her body is so cold I can't take the ice-cold towel away from her head or her fever won't go down. All I can say is that taking care of someone you love is much better than lavishing that person with all you can give him/her.

If anyone reading this is unhealthy right now, there's nothing I can say except that the things you've experienced in your life, whether good or bad, is over. If unpleasant things are happening to you right now, focus on the good things and thank whoever it is you want to thank that you are able to experience such pleasantries, no matter how small they may seem.

Some say everyone has a turning point in their life. I think this is mine. Thank you guys for being my friends, and I hope the day I leave I can still count on you guys to be there smiling down at me. But for now, be happy 'cos you're never gonna get the time you already spent back.

Okay I totally have to tell you guys before Sarah does... (XD)

Okay, so Sarah, Gerome, Liam and I were watching 'The Leap Years' which is a romantic sad movie. I know sad movies can be funny too but this was a total drama where people grown men included were tearing and sobbing all around us.

Yeah, so the whole theatre was filled with sniffles and sobs and stuff like that, and Sarah and I were laughing our heads off! Haha we have an absurd sense of humour okay let's see if I can get you guys to laugh at the same things too:

In the last scene, since there's this theme in the movie where the 2 lovers write the word 'OK' to each other. So when the guy wakes up from a coma in the last scene, the gal writes the word 'OK?' in lipstick on the glass for him to see. So everyone was like "Awww" and Sarah and I were like "Hahahahahahaha!" You know why? 'Cos we were imagining an old cleaning lady (you know the type) coming up to them and saying, "Oi, ni gan ma hah? Yong shen me lipstick lai hua hua! Ni bu yao lipstick gei wo lor!"

Happy TDD!

What do we really do on TDD other than eat crappy food and have fire drills? Anyway, Sarah and I were in her dad's car and he was sending me home. I was eating a Reese's peanut butter cup (it rocks, you guys gotta try it!) and Sarah was eating a Toblerone. We were commenting on how each others' chocs look like crap (literally!) and this guy pulled up beside us (we were waiting at a red light.

Sarah's dad said he was such a poseur cos he had sunglasses on, and I commented that he was blind. I was nearest to the window facing the man, so I knocked lightly on the window and joked, "Hello, are you blind?" Then the man turned around and looked at me!

OMG, Sarah and I totally screamed and she made me bend down so the man couldn't see us. "We're in our school uniform!" she kept laughing, and I was like hyperventiliating the whole time. Haha!

Oh, and today my Chinese teacher made us talk about how we spent our CNYs. Someone said she ate alot of vegetables (in Chinese) and the teacher tried to translate and said, "Oh, you ate alot of vegetarians?"

Oh and we were being breifed by our principal about what could go wrong during a firedrill:

Go down the wrong staircase and get burnt.

Walk towards the gathering area and get knocked down by a car (there's a road on the way).

Get trampled by Cedarians when walking to the gathering area.

After the drill we were sent to the hall where we were shown some pics of Cedarians laughing on their way to the gathering area. The principal said if the pic were to be published in the papers ppl would think we were celebrating a joyous event. Sarah and I were saying later on that they should have taken pics of us because they way we laugh ppl would definitely think we were dying!

P.S. Marilyn's real name is Brian Hugh *something* (OOPS! XD). That's so cool, 'cos Brian is the name of my bro's good friend and Hugh is grandfather's name. Marilyn got his stage name from Marilyn Monroe (the actress) and Charlie Manson (the serial killer). He was originally blonde and totally cute until he started going goth and wearing black make-up and dyeing his hair black or sometimes red. If you look at the picture up there, you can see that all the other band members are naturally blonde. They're actually quite cute if you look at their normal pics without the whole make-up thing. I am so looking forward to Wednesday... Sarah and I are heading off from school at 11. It'll take us about 45min... so I think we'll make it in time to see our juniors. Don't bully people okay!

Something quite amusing happened recently... on the day of my bday party when I was waiting for people to come the song 'Happy Birthday' was playing on the radio. Now it's playing again!

Quick guys before it comes out on the newspapers! Remember the whole controversy about Vanessa Hudgen's naked pics? Now Miley Cyrus (a.k.a. Hannah Montana) is following in her footsteps! Naked doesn't really describe the featured pics on my blog, but it's close! Go check them out, hurry! You guys are the first to know! Check out the featured videos too, their pretty awesome. One of them is really creepy.

Just random information here - My mum told me that scientologists claim that there is a bit of alien in everyone. They prove this by staring at someone for a long time (like a few hours) until theu start seeing weird things on the person. But that's because of exhaustion, not because of some weird alien thing! But talking about Liam... that's different. He's a TOTAL alien. ^_^

Hello to all the people that are reading this post! :D

I hope everyone are coping well in their secondary schools! You guys have did your best so just have fun and do your best in school, kay? :D hahas So everyone that got into SHSS had lotsa fun [at least I did]!

We had orientation camp... The first day was kinda quiet because everyone was like getting to know eachother but after the second day everyone would have warmed up to eachother already! Hehehe :D

The third day we had The Hildan Torch where by we are formally welcomed into the family of Hildan's [though we already are...]! We were like lighting eachother's candles and it was cool...! I got picked to be our school flag bearer with one of my classmates. :D haha We had to practice many times... Because if we dropped the flag, we were to be sent to the principal's office! XD AHH! The whole orientation camp was really fun and our student councillors[prefects] that were in charge of our class were great! :D There are really, really nice people in SHSS! :D I already love it there.

When the real school days started, we were doing okay and the teachers were, well, okay! There are some nice one and some okay-okay-la teachers... XD LOLS.

History was a blast! I love my History teacher! haha My Chinese teacher is sooo funny! Haha she's in charge of GB too but she's really nice! :D haha I might sound like some guai kia but I'm kinda looking forward to school each day... XD HAHA! :D

PS: We had our CCA selections last week and it was okay... There are some things they have to change... XD hehehe

Just in case you guys are curious about how I'm doing at MGS...

BTW I'm doing TERRIBLY. As I said, my literature teacher used to teach in a BOY'S SCHOOL yup its true. She said that the guys had to do push-ups if they did something wrong... i pity Gerome. Anyway the teachers there are nice... TOO NICE I miss Mrs Simon's voice...

Anyway my class is bullying the Math teacher... cos he's retired but he's teaching background is very chio... I think I used the word wrongly but anyway. He taught at CHINESE HIGH, HWA CHONG etc etc. See thats another reason my class bullies him he's English is terrible... but at least we still learn.

The gurls in my class are SCARY seriously. Oh and Gerome hear this I have a classmate staying at MELVILLE PARK its like ripley's believe it or not... btw is he dead???

Anyways I miss you guys SOOO much I feel like the only 1 posting now :( sad

Hi!

6/8 blog, long time no write eh? How's the time going by huh? Did you guys go back to school, I mean ex-school on Friday? Coz' if you did, then I would feel supremely sorry for myself. I couldn't go due to some CCA audition...

Its just so irritating some times. I was wondering to myself last night on my utmost choices in CCA's, netball and track and field, and I just said plainly,"Which would be more fun in my opinion?" And whatdya know? I couldn't even answer that simple question!

Its that aching pain to go for Netball all the way, but its the aching want for a gold medal in NATIONAL standards. Plus, the coach of the Track Jump team promised to make the CCA trainings fun! Hard to resist isn't it? Then again, I'll probably never show my face in SHPS again as long as Mr Nizam is in there. Just to spare myself the guilt and embarrassment. Heh.

It may not be that bad, or at least as bad as I have thought it out to myself huh?

Just to end off, those of you who read my blog, I think you should have realised that I don't have a C-box, so put your comments on my blog here in this C-box ok? Just for the time being.
